What’s a tender?

Happy Birthday, Hugo! Word on the street is that you are now a super, non-paci sucking, big boy. Congrats!

Tender can mean many things. A chicken tender, for example, usually indicates a cut of breast meat. The legal form of tender usually refers to dolla bills, benjamins, moolah, dough, cash, etc. Then there’s Andrew who grew up using that term to reference certain male body parts. But here, we simply mean the car which carries the coal which fuels the engine.

Ahh, I feel so educated now! I would also like to note that tender can be a verb as in “I now tender my resignation.” Fun with words!
