… and our secret ingredient today is Bisquick!! Iron Chef Hugo really knows how to work that biscuit cutter to his advantage– his board is perfectly floured, and he’s looking very relaxed… you can tell he is very comfortable with today’s secret ingredient.

I think we should get together and bake christmas cookies. You look pretty handy in the kitchen.

Do you do pie crust? I just got the most fabulous new roller from my mommy. You put water in it so it is both heavier and 20 degrees colder on its surface, which facilitates non-stickage. Those Crate n’ Barrel people are so smart! (not as smart as you, of course!).
I am home Dec. 20 and want to see you and Mommy. Please check your social calendar for your availability between then and Jan 4. Thank you.

I will be OOT from the Dec 26 thru dec 29. Other than that, I’m wide open!
And yes, I do dew crusts. I do it all here at Che’ Luck.
